Replacement, Return and Cancellation Policy


Replacement Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace products listed under (Immediate Delivery) that were provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer shall not be entitled to request a replacement after the expiry of this period.

To be eligible for replacement, the product must be in sound condition, unused, and the consumer must not have benefited from it in any way. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the replacement to ensure its condition.

The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in case of requesting a replacement. In the case of international replacement, the consumer shall bear all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. However, if the replacement is due to a defect in the product or an error on the part of the store, the consumer shall be compensated accordingly.

The consumer shall not be entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was manufactured upon the consumer’s request (custom-made) or according to specifications determined by the consumer, except in cases where the product contains a defect or does not conform to the specifications provided by the consumer.
  • If a defect appears in the product as a result of improper handling, misuse, or poor storage by the consumer.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy by the Store

The store reserves the right to cancel the order, in whole or in part, prior to shipment or delivery to the consumer, if the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or operational or force majeure circumstances beyond the store’s control.

In the event that the order is canceled by the store before shipment, the amount paid by the consumer for the order or the unfulfilled portion thereof shall be refunded through the same payment method used, without the store incurring any additional obligations or compensation.

The consumer’s completion of the purchase or payment process shall constitute explicit acceptance of this policy and all related terms and conditions.
